DESCRIPTION:Efshar coach Judi Morosohk will co-facilitate this Community of Practice (CoP) in partnership with Meredith Polsky of Matan, a national program supporting Jewish organizations to create and maintain inclusive settings. Focus will be on enhancing inclusion of young children with special needs into our early childhood settings. Participating leaders and educators will receive training, observation and coaching, providing the opportunity for early childhood professionals to strategize, problem-solve and implement best practices for children both with and without special needs and disabilities.\n
