Programs

Participants in this group, co-facilitated by coaches Natalie Boscoe and Judi Morosohk, take turns confidentially presenting situations they encounter in their work that they would like to unpack. The group supports them in processing and examining the thoughts, feelings, actions and reactions they have during these interactions with staff and families in order to better understand oneself and grow leadership capacity.

Purpose

The overall aim is to use this collaborative experience to improve one’s practice . Past participants have routinely found this group to be supportive in gaining insight into themselves as leaders, as well as building stronger relationships with other directors.
