Engage motivated educators to participate in semester long learning experiences through a national program supplemented with time for local educators
to participate in group coaching to reflect on learning and apply concepts in their own classrooms.

A series of five holiday-focused sessions—live or pre-recorded—with innovative content and edited recordings designed to support both new and returning
faculty.
Pre-K (UPK) Kinder Readiness Framework
Efshar has developed an assessment tool specifically designed for play based, constructivist, and Reggio-inspired schools that do not follow a prescribed curriculum. This tool integrates a constructivist philosophy, developmental milestones, and the Colorado Early Learning and Development Guidelines to measure children’s growth and progress. It enables schools to fulfill the formal curriculum requirements
of Universal Pre-K while maintaining alignment with their educational philosophy.
