Efshar Teacher Council

The Efshar Teacher Council connects our network of Jewish Early Childhood Centers through teacher leaders committed to elevating the field. The Council creates a platform for teacher voices to be heard, as well as a space in which innovative ideas across schools are welcomed and encouraged.

Our mission is to advocate for equitable solutions for educators and for state-regulating practices that reflect excellence. We strive to deepen pedagogical practices across our network and work to impact shared leadership models within each school.

We know we are more effective together than apart.
