School leaders, both current and emerging early childhood educators who serve in or aspire to leadership roles, have unique access to wraparound support through individualized coaching, peer learning experiences, leading-edge leadership development, and innovative programmatic opportunities.
Offerings Information
ElevatEd
Continue participation in national Jewish ECE initiatives focused on
recruitment and training of teachers new to Jewish early childhood education.
Red Rocks Apprenticeship Program
Provide on-the-job credentialing through a structured apprenticeship pathway.
Efshar will help support Efshar partner programs in partnering with this program.
Early Childhood Service Corps
Provide substitute/floater staff to enable professional development during
the workday.
Efshar EQIT Course
Offer EQIT during the workday to reduce barriers and build infant/toddler
teacher capacity.
Lead Teacher Qualification Opportunities
Support teachers and help offset the cost for teachers to pursue credentials
such as Pyramid Plus, EQIT, and ECE 101/103.
Reflective Consultation Group
Monthly facilitated group for school leaders interested in bringing reflective supervision into their work. There is also the option to attend an annual retreat focused on leadership skills.
Through these offerings, The Efshar Project expects to support professional development while increasing ECE capacity, increase family engagement, and school readiness.
