The Efshar Project thanks Sheila Purdin, Abby Hoese and Dawn Spector who have been thought partners and leaders throughout the year to ensure that our gatherings are as meaningful as possible. Our ECE leaders wrestled with difficult questions and decision-making around licensing and COVID responsiveness and Efshar brought local and state-level COVID team members and licensing experts to meet with the group together and hear common messages. Directors spent time discussing critical topics and building stronger relationships with each other.  In addition, the group has decided to work on a brit or “covenant” to serve as a guide for how to work together and manage through conflict and potential challenges.
