Community of Practice

These Communities of Practice (CoP) meet monthly to delve deeply into what it means to be an Anti-Bias Early Childhood Educator. Participants receive a copy of Anti- Bias Education for Young Children & Ourselves by Louise Derman-Sparks and Julie Olsen Edwards and engage in shared reading of the book, discussion, implementation of new learning into their practice, and sharing of experiences. Sessions and coaching facilitated by Pedagogical Coach Natalie Boscoe.
