Cohort Trip

Each year, 14-20 educators and directors travel outside of Colorado to attend a multi-day learning experience focused on building teaching practice and leadership capacity.

An annual day of learning for all educators and leaders in our community of schools.

This series, developed by the Colorado Association for Infant Mental Health (COAIMH), focuses on building foundational understanding of healthy social and emotional development.

Through these programs, The Efshar Project supports professional development while increasing ECE capacity, family engagement, and school readiness.

“We so appreciate this pivot.... everything from the weekly Directors meetings, guest speakers at zoom and the thousands of other things the Efshar team has done!!”
