Investing, supporting and elevating the impact of our early childhood educators is central to our work. Educators in our partner schools have access to high quality, leading-edge professional development opportunities specific to working in a Jewish early childhood setting.






Offering Information
The First 36 Project
Designed to amplify educators’ ability to support parents as they build strong, meaningful bonds with their children.
Community of Practice
(CoP) is a shared learning experience for 10-12 educators on a learning topic of high interest and need, with 6-8 hours of individual or small group coaching.
Cohort Trip
Each year, 14-20 educators and directors travel outside of Colorado to attend a multi-day learning experience focused on building teaching practice and leadership capacity.
Conference
An annual day of learning for all educators and leaders in our community of schools.
Foundations
This series, developed by the Colorado Association for Infant Mental Health (COAIMH), focuses on building foundational understanding of healthy social and emotional development.
Through these programs, The Efshar Project supports professional development while increasing ECE capacity, family engagement, and school readiness.
